KENTLINGUA
Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵLingua is the organization of graduate students enrolled in the M.A. in translation programs at Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ.
Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵLingua's objectives include helping graduate students in translation make the most of the programs in which they are enrolled and acting as a liaison between students and the MCLS Department. Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵLingua seeks to meet these objectives through:
- Fostering community between first-year and second-year students.
- Organizing professional and social events for graduate students.
- Helping students obtain internships in language industry companies
- Establishing and maintaining a network of current students and alumni
- Ensuring ongoing communication between students and the Modern and Classical Language Studies Department
Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵLingua was officially recognized in September 2000. Its members are graduate students in Translation at Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ. Our students come from around the world.
