Rwandan Genocide Survivor Leading Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ State Outreach Efforts in Rwanda
Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ graduate Pacifique Niyonzima, who as a child survived the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi in Rwanda, is now back living in Rwanda leading Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ State’s outreach efforts there.
