In "Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵucky," an older sister living in New York City travels back to her family in Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵucky to try to stop her younger sister's wedding.
This unique coming-of-age story touches on themes of identity, religion and love.
"Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵucky," directed by Courtney Brown, associate professor of voice and acting, kicks off the 2025-2026 Main Stage Season in Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ State's School of Theatre and Dance and is presented by arrangement with Dramatists Play Service.
