Flash met a younger-than-teenage mutant ninja turtle, Olivia Hiser, 4 and her brother "Ghostface" Jacob Hiser, 7. Jacob attended Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ State's Child Development Center (CDC) and Olivia currently attends the center. Their family lives in Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ and their mother, Gina Giles Hiser (husband Andy), is a Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ native and has worked in Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ State's Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement.

"Colonel Sanders" is Beckett Miller, 9. His mother is April Feorene Miller and her husband Jake Miller, M.A. '11, is a Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ State alumnus.
Costumed trick-or-treaters visited participating downtown businesses and local organizations to receive tasty treats.
