Open Enrollment Overview Recording
Open Enrollment is now live, and the video below is your guide to making informed benefit decisions for 2027. In this overview presentation, we walk through the Open Enrollment process, explain how to access and submit your elections through the Dynamic Forms portal in FlashLine, and review the benefit options, resources, and key decisions that may apply to you and your family.
You will also learn about the new MedFlex Narrow Network medical plan, how it compares with the 85/60 PPO and HDHP options, why it is important to verify your providers before selecting a plan, and what to consider when reviewing dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, and other available benefits. .
Please take time to watch the full video, review the 2027 Employee Benefits Guide (PDF) and plan comparison materials, and carefully confirm your elections and dependent information before submitting your form.
Open Enrollment closes promptly at 4:59 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, and only the most recent form that is fully completed and signed by the deadline will be processed.
New Benefits Selection Form
Beginning this year, benefits selection will be completed using DynamicForms. You can access the form using the following steps:
- Log in to
- Navigate to your Employee Dashboard
- Look for the "Start Your 2027 Open Enrollment" link in Top Employee Resources
The benefits selection form is the first item listed in Top Employee Resources. If you have trouble accessing the form, or if incorrect employment information is listed, please contact Employee Benefits at benefits@kent.edu or 330-672-3107.
