Oct. 12-30, 2026
Open Enrollment is the annual period when benefits-eligible employees can review their current benefit elections and make changes for the upcoming plan year. Open Enrollment runs from Oct.12 through Oct. 30, 2026, and closes promptly at 5 p.m. During this time, you may enroll in, change, or waive eligible benefits such as medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, and health savings account contributions, based on the options available to you.
During the Open Enrollment window, take time to:
- Review the benefit materials
- Compare your medical plan options
- Confirm that any dependents you wish to cover are included
- Verify that your preferred providers participate in your selected medical plan’s network
If you take no action, certain current elections may continue when permitted; however, FSA and HSA elections must be made each year if you wish to contribute.
This year, we are pleased to announce a new benefits selection portal, which will be a Dynamic Form housed in FlashLine. As we get closer to Open Enrollment, first-time user videos will be made available.
Pay attention to your email for additional Open Enrollment resources, important reminders, plan information, and instructions for using the new enrollment portal.
