October 2026 Wellness Newsletter

October is Mental Health Month

Your well-being matters, and we want to remind you that taking care of your mind is just as important as caring for your body. This month, we encourage everyone to pause, check in with themselves, and explore the mental health resources and wellness tools available through our company benefits.

Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ.edu/mentalhealth - Explore mental health and well-being services that support the Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ community across our campus system and abroad.

AllOne Health - Our FREE employee assistance program is available 24/7 365 days/year for all employees, household members, dependents in and away from home, and parents/parents-in-law.

 - As a Medical Mutual member, you have access to a variety of programs and resources to provide the support you need to feel your best. Your primary care provider (PCP) is also a good resource and can direct you to the right behavioral health professional based on your situation and concerns.

Open Enrollment, Screenings and Flu Shots Reminder

It's time to start thinking about your 2027 health benefits. To aid in your decision-making, the Employee Benefits and Wellness team will hold Open Enrollment and Wellness Fairs at each campus. The Employee Benefits and Wellness team, as well as internal university partners, external benefits, retirement planning, financial wellness, and other service provider partners, will be available at each fair to answer questions and provide information. Biometric screenings and flu shots will also be available on those days. Click here for detailed information, including dates, times and locations.

Mobile Mammogram Update

We are sad to share that our mobile mammography partner, Innovacare, has closed its doors. Ensuring you have access to vital health screenings remains our top priority, and our team is hard at work finding a new partner for 2027. Stay tuned!
