And when we give together, our generosity becomes something extraordinary. 

This November, Golden Flashes everywhere are invited to come together for Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ State’s Most Generous Annual Tradition: Giving Tuesday. It’s a monthlong celebration of philanthropy, shared purpose and the incredible impact we can make when we unite around the causes that matter most. 

Last year, the Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ State community raised more than $4.5 million through 2,500 gifts from more than 2,000 donors. Together, supporters championed more than 50 featured funds across 10 distinct causes, from health and wellness and basic needs to workforce development and athletics. Every gift represented something personal. Together, they added up to something powerful. 

Now, it’s time to do it again! 

From Nov. 1 through Giving Tuesday on Dec. 1, you can choose from more than 50 featured funds representing 10 causes, with special matching opportunities and giving incentives designed to make your generosity go further. 

Incentives Help Maximize Your Impact 

Throughout the campaign, there are exciting opportunities to maximize your gift and help your favorite causes earn additional support. 

Matching Gifts

From Nov. 1 through Dec. 1, each featured fund has a matching gift available, so you can double your gift’s impact (while matching funds last). 

Participation Boosts

From Nov. 1 through Nov. 30, every 25 unique donors who give $25 or more to a featured fund, unlock an additional $500 for that fund. With up to $5,000 in participation boosts available per featured fund until the money runs out. 

Triple Your Gift Tuesday

Make your gift go three times as far! Starting at 12:01 a.m. EST on Nov. 3, all gifts to featured funds are matched by both the fund’s matching donor(s) and Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ’s volunteer boards, up to $500 per donor. A total of $25,000 in volunteer board matching funds is available, thanks to the generosity of members of Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ State’s Board of Trustees, Foundation Board, Alumni Board and President’s Cabinet. 

Donor/Dollar Challenge Week

From Nov. 17-24, your favorite featured fund could receive an extra $2,500 if it has the most unique donors or the most dollars raised during this week. Even if you’ve already given, another gift during this week counts toward the challenge. One fund could win it all for a total of $5,000! 

Giving Tuesday

The monthlong campaign culminates in the biggest day of global giving! Starting at 12:01 am EST on Dec. 1, the Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ Foundation will match gifts dollar-for-dollar, up to $1,000 per donor, to ANY Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ Foundation fund, with $100,000 available while matching funds last (so don’t forget to set your alarm)!
